I think we can all agree 2020 was the craziest year of them all. No one could’ve predicted the insane time we would all go through. From hearing about the coronavirus at the beginning of the year and how blasé everyone was about it in January and how it was only effecting China, to suddenly impacting the entire world by mid March.

Christmassy Afternoon
My family and I every year have been going to a local garden centre to see their Christmas displays. They are very extra and are always a great way to spend the afternoon. There are a lot of decorations and if you can think of it, it’s likely there as a Christmas decoration.
Continue readingGetting Over a Friendship
Getting over a friendship is something no one can prepare you for. One day you have someone on your side the next they’re gone. It’s not like a breakup where it’s apparent you aren’t together any more. Some friendships fade, others end in an argument and some just disappear out of the blue.
Continue readingTrying to Not Give AF About Dating
This post sort of follows on from the online dating post from a little while ago. Before I started dating again I was perfectly content with where I was in life and where things were going. When I’m not looking for guys I’m much more of a cool cucumber and don’t really think twice about them. However, after being on a few dates and getting back into the world of getting to know new people it made me start thinking about not being single any more.

A little while ago I had a long weekend and wanted to go on an adventure. I can’t lie, with everything going on starting a new job and life in general I forgot about writing these posts! My last update was at the end of June, which you can read about here, which feels like forever ago!
Continue readingDealing with Loneliness
For over a year now I have been single and with that I have come to deal with a lot of different emotions and thoughts. Everyone deals with being single differently and for me it was the first time I had been single since being 16, which was a while ago now.
Continue readingDo I Fit Into a Niche?!
Recently I have been thinking about my blog and social media and how it doesn’t really fit into a niche. I felt like I didn’t know were I slotted into the blogging niches. Which made me think about maybe trying to just focus on one thing rather than have a few things I like to write about.
