It’s been a while since I’ve given a little life update, even though we have been in lockdown for months now, I have started working from home and social distancing with my friends.
It’s been a crazy rollercoaster still, some days I feel happy and other days I feel so down and can’t leave the house. As I write this shops are now reopening and zoo’s are welcoming people back. I almost feel like I’m so used to being in lockdown and the routine I’m in, going back to normal feels so alien.
I still can’t quite believe that a virus that started in China, spread worldwide and literally stopped everyone in their tracks. Everyone has been impacted and it has had the craziest effect.
For me I now work from home rather than an office, which is going to be in place for the foreseeable future. I have only been to the shops when necessary and I have definitely made the most of being home all the time by making online orders!
I have missed holidays and can only dream of the places I’ll go when this is over. If anything it has made me want to travel more and grab life by the balls. Which has also made me want to turn my passion into my job, I love to do makeup and growing on social media can be hard. There have been so many things happening in the world, like the BLM movement and protests, it really has been the craziest 6 months and there is still 6 months left of the year. Really wonder what the rest of the year has in store of us!
