I haven’t been posting as much here as usual mainly because my weekends have been spent with friends/family and just took a natural backseat. But I have also been struggling with my mental health, I haven’t really felt in the right mindset to write anything. But, after getting out of my funk I thought I would share with you the things I have bought. It has been a while since I last splurged on makeup and so with the end of uni, going to Edinburgh and just in general wanting to treat myself I didn’t hold back in buying new products to try and goodies for myself! Plus I started a new job! All of this has been accumulated over the last few months!
In Boots I had a little splurge as it had been quite a while since I bought any new makeup. I decided to try the Wet ‘n’ Wild Photofocus Foundation as I was after a new drugstore foundation to try! So far I have really been enjoying using it, so I decided to also try the Wet ‘n’ Wild Photofocus Concealer. I also picked up a new mascara, the NYX Worth the Hype.

Too Faced is a brand I have never really tried from, and since Boots now stock a wider range of makeup I decided to try more from them. I decided to pick up the Better Than Sex Eyeliner and Born This Way Foundation. So far I have tried the eyeliner, which so far I really like to use. I also picked up the Becca Cosmetics Sunlit Bronzer and the Fenty FlyLiner.
Earlier in the summer I was lucky enough to win the new Urban Decay Heavy Metals Glitter Gels, Heavy Metal 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencils and Heavy Metal Glitter Liners! I have been enjoying using the glitters, they’ve definitely been a welcome addition to my collection!

Then at the end of the summer I made an order on Beauty Bay, I finally got my hands on the Carnival XL palette from bPerfect x Stacey Marie. I have the Carnival palette which I love and as soon as I saw this one I knew I needed it in my collection! I also picked up the SoSu x Kelidh MUA brush set, I wanted some new brushes and thought I’d give these ones a try!

Onto non-beauty items I treated myself to quite a few new clothing pieces over the last few months as I can find it difficult to find pieces that fit me/my style. So I picked up a few things from River Island, Nike and Vans. I also picked up a tartan scarf when I was in Edinburgh as I had been wanting one since I went last year!
Whilst it’s not a huge haul those are the things I have bought over the last few months, I’m sure with starting a new job there will be more hauls in the future! Thank you so much for reading, until next time
