Hey everyone! I can’t believe it’s the last day of August! Summer seems to have flown by! Recently I have had the urge to do a colourful look, I saw this video from Holly Boon and this post from Katie and I was so inspired I decided to try it myself!
To get this makeup look I followed Holly’s makeup tutorial as I never usually apply eyeshadow in the way she did, which is by stamping the darkest colour on before blending it out after a lighter colour is stamped on top of it. If that doesn’t make sense Holly’s video is a lot clearer! This technique for me worked really well and I am super happy with how it turned out!

I have never done anything like this before where you cut the crease of the eye to add more product. I used concealer on my eyelid but the eye shadow did not sit well on top so I think I’ll have to try the P Louise eyeshadow base! I have been really enjoying trying out different makeup looks, if you want to see more please check out my Instagram! Thank you so much for reading, until next time!
